Kristian Thorsted Madsen began his AIESEC journey in Aalborg, Denmark, where he quickly emerged as a leader committed to people development and organizational growth. He later continued his AIESEC experience in Kenya, serving as Director of People Development for AIESEC Kenya. With over 15 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation, Kristian has advised C-level leaders across the financial and insurance sectors. His career includes roles at Alm. Brand Group, PFA, BEC, and Accenture Strategy, where he helped shape agile operating models, tech visions, and corporate strategies.
Jacob Schächter began his journey with AIESEC in Odense, where he developed a strong commitment to leadership and global impact. Since 2010, he has served on the AIESEC Denmark Advisory Board and AIESEC Foundation Board, helping young leaders grow their personal and professional skills. His AIESEC roots have influenced his 21-year career at IBM, where he is now the Partner Marketplace Sales Leader for EMEA, leading SaaS, Cloud, and partnership strategies across the region.
Alexander Palmgren, who first engaged with AIESEC in 1990 as LCP of AIESEC in Aarhus, now serves on the AIESEC Board of Foundation. His early AIESEC experience shaped his career in international business, leading him to roles in IT security and business development. Currently a Senior Business Development Manager at LCG, Alexander is known for his expertise in complex deal negotiations and strategic growth, with his AIESEC foundation influencing his dedication to leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.
Roberto Novoa began his AIESEC journey with AIESEC in Peru and later expanded his experience with AIESEC in France. His involvement with AIESEC laid a foundation for a global career focused on strategic planning, business development, and leadership across diverse sectors. Most recently, Roberto served as Chief of Staff at ZeroNorth, where he led acquisition integration and go-to-market strategy. His background includes roles such as Global Business Controller at Marel and Managing Partner at Novo C, with a strong skill set in executive interaction, asset management, and cross-functional leadership. His AIESEC experiences in Peru and France continue to influence his commitment to impactful, globally-oriented business practices.
Kristoffer Hemmingsen, a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience, specializes in foundations and associations. As an expert in the governance and operations of both commercial and non-commercial foundations, he provides essential guidance in financial management. Kristoffer also serves on the foundation, supporting its financial and accounting practices. His advisory role extends to unemployment insurance funds, industry associations, and interest organizations, where he applies his deep understanding of member association requirements.
Iben Stjerne began her AIESEC journey in the mid-2000s as Local VP of People Development and later served as National Support Team Coordinator in AIESEC Denmark. Her time in AIESEC sparked a deep curiosity for how people lead, learn, and collaborate—particularly in fast-changing and cross-cultural environments. Today, Iben is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at DTU and the Founder of Stjerne Consulting, where she supports organizations in navigating open strategy and agile leadership. With a Ph.D. in Organization Studies from CBS, her research and consulting focus on self-managing teams, strategic transformation, and the future of leadership education.
Constantin I. Jørgensen began his AIESEC journey in Aalborg, where he quickly rose to become Vice President of Sales for AIESEC in Denmark. His experience leading national strategies, coaching local teams, and driving organizational growth sparked a passion for purpose-driven leadership and innovation that continues to shape his career today. Currently, Constantin is Digital Lead – Energy Solutions at Novo Nordisk, where he’s leading the digital transition toward sustainable energy systems. He previously served as CEO & CPO of PayProff, a fintech startup, and held several strategic and innovation-focused roles at Danske Bank—ranging from anti-money laundering to digital identity and open banking. As the founder of Become Danish, he also helped hundreds of newcomers navigate permanent residency and citizenship processes in Denmark.
